These terms explain how to use Face Protection Program and how its subscriptions and credits work.

The service and your account

These terms are between you and St Luce Innovations, operator of Face Protection Program. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement to create an account or buy credits. Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials, and contact NDStLce+FPP@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The free tier provides an illustrated sample. Real-photo uploads require a paid plan, a credit pack, or separately authorized owner access. Blur and downloads do not consume AI credits once you have photo access. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, capacity, or provider interruptions.

Permission to edit and share

Upload only images you are entitled to use, and obtain any permissions needed to submit people’s images for processing and to share the result. You retain the rights you already have in your images and authorize us and the necessary service providers to process them to carry out your requests. These terms do not guarantee copyright protection or third-party rights clearance for AI output.

Do not use the app for unlawful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, nonconsensual sexual imagery, exploitation, or evading others’ rights. Do not bypass access checks, share service credentials, or misuse the service’s systems.

AI results require review

Replacement faces are AI-generated fictional identities, but may resemble real people or contain unwanted details. The app aims to retain visible gender presentation, ethnic appearance, skin tone, expression, clothing, body, and pose; it does not guarantee that every detail is preserved. The app does not determine a person’s actual gender or ethnicity.

Review every edited face and the entire photo before posting. Manual selections can miss faces or overlap other image areas. Swapping or blurring does not guarantee anonymity, consent to publication, or legal compliance. Clothing, bodies, surroundings, and other context can still identify people. Use the available disclosure watermark and comply with any disclosure obligations that apply to you.

Prices and credits

One credit pays for one successfully generated replacement face. A new regeneration costs another credit. A photo with four generated replacements costs four credits. Failed or interrupted requests release reserved credits when failure is recorded or recovery runs. If a result fails to reach you but a credit was consumed, contact support so we can investigate.

Unused monthly credits may carry into one additional paid billing period while the subscription remains active. Older monthly credits are used first; they do not accumulate indefinitely. Monthly credit access ends when the paid subscription period ends. Extra Cover credits have no expiry and remain separate after subscription cancellation. Credits are service units, not currency, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except through an eligible refund or where law requires.

Beta tester coupons

A valid beta coupon grants 10 complimentary face-generation credits without a payment card or subscription. Each code can be used once, and each account can claim one beta tester coupon. Codes expire on the date stated when issued and unused codes may be disabled. Redeemed credits do not expire, have no cash value, and do not qualify as paid purchases for a cash refund. Normal credit use, access restrictions, and result-review requirements still apply.

Renewal, cancellation, and changes

Monthly plans automatically renew and charge the selected payment method at the disclosed monthly price until you cancel. Any applicable taxes and final amount will be shown before purchase. No paid subscription starts merely by creating a free account. Test-mode transactions do not move real funds or count as live purchases.

Cancel before the next renewal through My account → Manage billing / cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. If the portal is unavailable, contact NDStLce+FPP@gmail.com for help. Cancellation does not itself request or guarantee a refund; see the refund policy. Changes to recurring prices will be communicated before they apply, with any consent or cancellation opportunity required by law.

Support, misuse, and legal rights

For technical help, billing problems, rights concerns, or account requests, use Support. We may restrict access to prevent misuse, security incidents, or legal violations. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error; payment and refund questions remain subject to the refund policy and applicable law.

The service is provided as available, and AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted service, a particular result, anonymity, or fitness for a specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms and will provide legally required notice of material changes. The version and update date identify the current terms.
